Overview 

This project was part of the UX diploma Case Study for UX Design Institute. The object was to design a mobile app for a startup airline, specifically focused on the flight booking process. 

Challenge:

To create a pleasant experience for the user when booking a flight.

Discovery:

In order to understand the problem used multiple data sources, competitive benchmarking and usability tests to understand what works best and what doesn’t. For this case study we tested the booking journey of two well known airlines, Southwest and United Airlines.
